This iPhone 3GS 32GB has been gently used since I purchased it on 08/28/2009. It has been an absolute joy to use; the stereo headset allows me to listen to music at the gym and take calls without stopping. Bluetooth works far better than it ever did on Windows Mobile and the web browser is snappy. Games are fun (chess, racing), and reading books isn't bad with Kindle and GoodReader apps. I love that my contacts & calendar wirelessly sync with my computer through gmail. I have been happy with the battery life. Unfortunately, I must change carriers for family. The condition is pristine except for a minor scratch on the lower-right of the screen that developed months ago; you cannot see it without looking at it in proper lighting from an angle, and then only when the screen is turned off. You cannot feel it unless you use your thumbnail. The touchscreen functionality is not impaired in any way. This phone is UNLOCKED.and JAILBROKEN. Since its unlocked, you can use it on GSM carriers other than AT&T (this includes TMobile). You must provide your own SIM card. Since its jailbroken, you can install applications from the Cydia and Rock application stores (as well as the standard Apple App store). You can also do true multitasking with the Backgrounder app and you can buy an app that makes your phone into a wireless router (for tethering to multiple computers). NOTE, this phone will remain jailbroken and unlocked so long as you DO NOT update it in iTunes. For techies, the software version is 3.1.2 and the modem firmware is 05.11.07.
