This was my first phone with T Mobile. I recently upgraded to an Android based phone and have decided to sell this phone. I have used this phone for about 2 months. The battery still holds 100% charge. The phone works perfectly. There may be some scratches due to every day use. I kept the clear protector on the back of the phone, so there should be no scratches on the back. The front of the phone has a few scratches near the earpiece. I can include a SIM card if needed.
